We went to a kids cooking workshop and it was fantastic! I think I'm all versed in nutrition but still learned quite a bit from Cathy. Kids from age 3 to the teens were all engaged and loving it. We would love to go to more workshops and highly recommend!

I contacted Cathy in may of 2016 . I am type 2 diabetic. My dr told me our next course of action was to add insulin to the already 9 pills to control my diabetes. Cathy told me she could help. I started my healthier eating and now march 2017, I am down almost 50 lbs and my diabetes is under control without insulin and only 5 pills now. She is my rock !
