Keeping Prep Simple
"I don't have time to prepare." We hear this all of the time.
Making nutrition changes does involve an element of prep each week. The misconception though is that the prep time is large. While it may be true that prep time is really pressed, preparing some meals in advance does not need to be terribly time consuming.
The meal plan, "Keeping Prep Simple" is an example of this. With approximately two hours or prep, you will have four breakfast items, lunches made for the entire work week, dinner ready for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and afternoon snacks prepared for the entire week.
